Today's Verse

Pray in season and out of season.

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that ALL men (people) are created with certain unalienable rights, that among these are LIFE, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness." - What ever happened to LIFE?

- Declaration of Independance of the United States of America

This site is dedicated to the spreading of the light. What light you ask? The light the keeps weary travelers off the rocks. In days gone by, many souls were lost as ships became stranded on the rocks and sank. The lighthouse was a marker that helped the navigator guide his captain safely around the hazards.

Today's navigators have many sophisticated technologies and do not need a lighthouse. Consequently, these beautiful structures were being abandoned. Some of these beacons are now part of our national heritage thanks to historical conservation societies. Many have fallen victim to storms, decay or the wrecker's ball and no longer exist. Several have been automated and are still in service.

There is another light that guides wayward souls home. It is the Light from heaven and His name is Jesus.

Dwight L. Moody said, A holy life will produce the deepest impression. Lighthouses blow no horns; they only shine.

IF my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, THEN I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and heal their land.
